    THIS BOOK IS WONDERFUL AND MAGICAL!!!

    This book is wonderful, delicate, spiritual, and magical!!!!

    The book is interspersed with journal extracts that allows me to peer into the deepest parts of people, where they open up in a beautifully vulnerable, caring, loving way, as if I can feel their innermost thoughts, feelings, vulnerabilities, love, insecurities, confidence, doubts, and throughout it all, the beauty in the human experience.

    It feels like listening intimately to close friends who are opening up and pouring their souls onto the page, and then I connect to them with my own thoughts, vulnerabilities, feelings, and love that emerge. It makes me feel heard through listening to them, because it feels like I’m not alone in my own internal thoughts and battles, but that others also are going through the wonders of human growth and experience together.

    The title “Chaos to Clarity” is very fitting, since I find more clarity in myself through reading and listening to their thoughts haha 🙂

    And of course, it is also filled with beautiful mandalas that magically set the energy and peace and connection in visual form, for the connection between myself and the person whose journal I’m reading, as if that were the energy of the human bond being formed between us.

    And you get wonderful prompts, which if I give myself the chance to be vulnerable and honest with them, give me more truth and clarity for who I am, what I want, what is important, and focuses my energy on the things that matter in my life. It clears out the noise and lets me take a step back and see what I truly think matters.

    It is a very special experience, I HIGHLY recommend you get a chance to experience it too :))

    Great intro to introspective journaling

    I found this book to be a good starting place for journaling and meditation. For a long time now I’ve wanted to get into journaling for personal growth and this book allows me to do it while coloring. The author includes entries of people’s own journey of self discovery and a lot of them is inspiring and relatable to me. I am using this book as a replacement for social media scrolling and so far so good! I’d recommend this for anyone who enjoys coloring and interested in journaling!

    Self reflection is so essential

    I really enjoyed this book as a self reflection tool to myself. To me, this book is not only a coloring book, it’s more like a journal for you and the other people in this world. It’s relive to know all those tangled thoughts are not caused just by myself. Everyone is positive and negative thoughts so many times through the day.
    One thing I find really helpful is the introspective journaling. You will be amazed to find out all these important reflections are so easy to forget. So it’s more like a daily reminder for me to organize my thoughts to this world.

    I would highly recommend this book as we all know, the most important relationship you and yourself.

    Excellent for mental health & personal growth!

    I was looking for a coloring book like this, so it was perfect timing to find this book. The mandalas are beautiful, and the journaling prompts are thought-provoking. I love meditating about the questions as I color in the mandalas, and I enjoy the stories the author includes throughout the book which adds a unique and special touch. I find myself coming back to this book whenever I need to get in touch with myself throughout the month. Love it!

    Fun and soothing

    I’m pleasantly surprised at how much I’m enjoying reading and coloring in this book. The prompts and stories in this book are moving, inspiring, and entertaining. The mandalas are so beautiful and relaxing to color. After I got one for myself I bought a few more as gifts for friends. Highly recommend this gem of a book!
